Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, manages, and provides administrative direction and oversight for functions and activities of the Facilities Planning and Construction Department relating to repairs and renovations, capital improvements, and master planning; provides College-wide facilities planning, design, construction, contract administration, inspection, project close-out, move-in, and warranty; coordinates assigned activities with other College departments, staff, outside agencies, and vendors; provides highly responsible and complex professional assistance to the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Facilities, Planning, and Construction in areas of expertise.
Required Quals Summary
Bachelor’s degree.
