Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a Client Intake Specialist to join our team! You’ll meet with prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, as well as manage new client onboarding and data entry.
As the client-intake specialist, you are the face and voice of the office and help people who are looking for our legal services.
In addition to being the first contact with the public, you will support the legal team's work with clients.
As a member of a premier professional team, you will have the opportunity to discover new technical skills, develop customer service techniques, and improve your time management knowledge.
Candidates should have some “real life” experience, which they can use to empathize with potential new clients who often come to our firm in challenging and sometimes deeply personal situations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute must.

Compensation:
$19 - $21 + bonuses
Responsibilities:
Provide kind, courteous communication while receiving visitors to our office
Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and processing incoming calls and interviewing potential new clients
Conducting intake interviews with clients via phone, email, or in person
Gathering and accurately documenting client information and needs
Providing information about our services, programs, and eligibility criteria
Assisting clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for clients
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Manage the calendar system to schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and text
Review and process overall client agreements and monitor successful client onboarding for the first 30 days of representation
Manage intake of potential clients with attention to detail for information while providing empathetic communication skills
Provide efficiency in other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Assistance with general administrative support to the sales and legal production team members
Qualifications:
Previous customer service and administrative experience required
Ideal candidates are professional and courteous with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time appropriately
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive
You strongly believe in teamwork and want to do your part to contribute to the team’s success in meeting its mission
