edu What we want This Management Advisor position performs services to implement, administer, and maintain the university's compliance program, enterprise risk management, audit liaison, management advisory services, day-to-day duties associated with the university's compliance plan, etc.
, using independent judgment in a complex work environment.
The position works with stakeholders within the University and other entities to develop and implement solutions that enhance accountability, mitigate risks, and improve processes.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in business, or pre-law, or applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five or more years of diverse experience in one or more of the following areas: public, higher education, or government with responsibilities for either business administration, accounting, auditing, or legal.
Required Knowledge and Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
Ability to multi-task and work independently and cooperatively with others.
Very strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable of automated tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Perform services to implement, administer, and maintain the university's compliance program, enterprise risk management, audit liaison, management advisory services, etc.

Assist in planning, administering, maintaining, assessing, and reporting on university-wide risk management and compliance activities.
Review and analyze data, activities, processes, procedures, and controls for efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and risks.
Identify and explore ideas and develop opportunities to enhance processes, outcomes, and problem resolution.
Coordinate and communicate compliance and risk issues via written and verbal reports, meetings, committees/task forces, presentations, trainings, web presence, etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE/BUSINESS SUPPORT: Perform administrative and business support.
