Generator - $400 (Anderson)

1 year old predator generator.
It currently starts first pull but won’t go out of the choke position into run.
It revs up and down when trying to put it into run.
I put fresh gas and a new carb on and i can’t figure it out so if you’re good at fixing stuff this is a steal.
I’m confident it’s nothing serious and I just don’t have the time to figure it out.
