The Department of Agricultural Economics, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University, invites applications for one part-time, Academic Professional Track (Non-Tenure) position with a 3-month academic appointment beginning June 1, 2024.
This academic appointment will be for the Summer 2024 semester with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants will be considered for the faculty title of Visiting Lecturer, based on qualifications.
The successful candidate will teach AGLS 435, “Financial Planning for Professionals”.
This single course will be taught on-line and is defined as broad financial planning, which includes a range of specializations such as client engagement, wealth management, banking and cash management, taxation, estate planning, college financing, career readiness, large asset acquisition, investing, and retirement planning.
The Department of Agricultural Economics is renowned for training high-caliber graduates to pursue careers in industry, government, private sector and law.
