Class A drivers with 6 months OTR or Regional experience run the southern US from AZ to Louisiana with some freight going as far north as Kansas, but majority of the freight is going to be I-40 and south with the remainder going as far north as KS and southern IL.
All freight is dry van and is 55% drop n hook and 90% driver no touch.
Driver touch is primary driver assist with pallet jack.
Drivers average weekly pay is based on experience and will range from $1225-$1500/WK Drivers earn 1 day home for every 7 days out and may bank home time for as much as they like but if going to be more than 9 days the truck is required to go back to the yard.
But drivers can plan a vacation without having to take PTO Driver must get hazmat within 120 days and the company will pay for hazmat.
All hazmat loads pay an additional $.
06CPM Riders and pets allowed from day one – rider must be 12 years old and pet can be a dog or a cat.
Trucks are Kenworth and T680s and all are automatic.
Will consider drivers with auto restrictions Trucks come with XM radio and subscription is paid for by the company All trucks and trailer have air ride All trucks have 1500 watt inverters Average age of the truck is 3 years old and govered at 65MP This is a great opportunity for drivers that don’t want to run up north for the winter, bank their home time and if run hard enough make good money of over $1500/WK Full benefits (medical is BCBS) starts after 60 days.
REQUIREMENTS Must have 6 months OTR/Regional experience in the last three years.
For drivers with ONLY 6 months experience, all that experience MUST be with one carrier during that time frame.
Drivers with more experience are just limited to 6 jobs in the last 3 years No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years; when include violations from PSP it can not be more than 5 moving violations in the last three years No more than 3 non DOT preventable accidents in the three years (in other words incidents where at fault).
Preventable DOT OR Major accidents inside of 1 year is not qualified, 13-24 months will require a written review by safety (Defined as U-turn, rollover, run under, jackknife, rear end (except low speed stop and go traffic) & lane change) No more than 5 COMBINED preventable accidents AND moving violations in the past 3 years Any major moving violations that have occurred in the last 2 years must be reviewed by safety.
These include: Improper Lane Change Following to Closely 15+ Violating State or local law related to MV traffic control arising in connection with a fatal accident Texting while driving Auto DQs are violating an “out of service” order while operating a motor vehicle in the last 3 years, conviction or pending charges for leaving the scene in the last 7 years All terminations in the last 12 months will be reviewed by safety DUI in a personal vehicle that is less than 5 years old is an auto DQ, from 5-10 years requires review by safety and only allowed one in a lifetime and none in a CMV.
WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SAP DRIVERS.
