Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including tractor-trailers, end dump, belly dump, flatbed and dump trucks.
- Perform route driving to transport freight and make deliveries
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic automotive repairs as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as an owner operator driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of route planning and navigation
- Familiarity with load securement techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance
Skills:
- Heavy equipment operation (tractor-trailer, end dump, belly dump, dump truck, flatbed
- Route driving and delivery experience
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
