As an aesthetician at Aggieland Aesthetics you are responsible for providing services related to the esthetic industry.
Services offered by each aesthetician will be based on qualifications and not all aestheticians will provide all services.
At Aggieland Aesthetics, we offer a variety of intimate services that cater to women and men.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent bedside manner and are very comfortable with this type of language and these procedures.
Estheticians must have expert ingredient and technical knowledge and be able to advise clients on which types of products and services are appropriate for them, as well as answer any industry related questions with accuracy.
They will also be in charge of general maintenance and cleaning of the spa rooms, the waiting room and all staff only areas.
The Aggieland Aesthetics service protocol and product knowledge is provided to successful candidates.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities*
* Be on time for your shift, prompt with each service and perform services within the appropriate time frame.
* Follow all of Aggieland Aesthetics business policies, protocols and company culture requirements.
* Provide consistent, professional services according to Aggieland Aesthetics treatment protocols for:
* Facials
* Peels
* DMK
* Green Treatments
* Dermaplaning
* Microneedling
* Opening and closing procedures.
* Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization according to spa policy and TDLR.
* Actively up sell and promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
* Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
* Perform general housekeeping duties in the spa service rooms and common areas.
* Perform support duties for other staff.
* Attend trainings and staff meetings for the spa.
* Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of The Guest Experience.
* Have strong communication skills for working with clients and team members.
* Is highly organized with recording keeping to ensure all clients needs are met.
* Exhibit honesty and integrity in all treatments, recommendations and company culture.
* Take initiative when you recognize an opportunity to make someone’s day.
* Show adaptability and flexibility in the workplace for the good of the client.
* Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
* Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
*Qualifications*
* Must hold a valid Esthetics Diploma from a reputable school.
* Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
* Must have hands on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.
00 - $19.
00 per hour
