Boys & Girls Club of Washington County is on the lookout for enthusiastic, organized, and compassionate individuals to join our Afterschool team in elementary schools throughout Washington County.
We are currently hiring multiple team members to serve as positive role models for our Club youth.

As a Youth Development Professional (YDP), you will play a crucial role in leading groups of children through a variety of engaging activities, including homework help, arts and crafts, music, STEM, and more.

*Position Details:*
* *Job Title:* After-school Youth Development Professional (YDP)
* *Work Hours:* Monday to Friday, 2:15 pm to 6:45 pm (flexible starting time for school district employees)
* *Duration: *Part-time seasonal position, opportunity to work up to 23 hours per week
* *Pay: *$15.
00 to $16 per hour
* *Season: *Runs until May 21st
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Daily cleaning duties
* Supervision of children
* Implementation and supervision of core program areas (health & wellness activities, arts & crafts, homework help, games, recreational activities, and more)
* Ensuring a positive Club experience for all members
* Maintaining safety standards at all times
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and activities
*Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* At least 18 years old
* High School degree or GED
* Valid ID
* Ability to pass a drug test and background check
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred
* Customer service skills
* Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
