Job Description:
Multi-Company Office Manager (Accountant)
Entrepreneurial, growing and reputable company has an opportunity for you to use your generalist accounting and administrative management expertise to contribute to the strategic development of this organization.
You will be responsible for processing the full cycle of accounting; including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, job costing, collections, account reconciliations, quarterly and year-end tax reporting and other reports as necessary.
Also responsible for the customer service and administrative functions.
If you have exceptional general bookkeeping and customer service skills, a can-do attitude that enjoys a team environment that prides itself on excellent customer service and mature problem solving skills, you may qualify for this position.
This position reports directly to the President.
Essential Qualifications:
• Two (2) plus years of extensive bookkeeping & small office management experience (Required);
• Verifiable expertise with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Products (Required);
• Generalist experience with office management and customer service is required;
• An Associates degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting is desired; however, solid experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree;
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Complete hands-on responsibility for the bookkeeping functions utilizing QuickBooks Pro software;
• Processing of AR/AP and collections activities;
• Maintenance of the General Ledger;
• Responsible for maintaining cash management systems;
• Preparation of other financial reports as indicated by management;
• Ensure that the administrative and data entry functions are completed in a timely manner;
• Other functions as directed by management.

Pay: $36,000.
00 - $50,000.
