We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to various departments
- Perform data entry tasks such as order entry and updating customer information
- File documents and maintain accurate records
- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist with office management tasks such as inventory management and supply ordering
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other office productivity tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
