could be the fit for you! *Job Description:* - Bank Reconciliation - Post deposits/receipts for accounts and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis - Process payables and print checks - Prepare and process Payroll thru QuickBooks Payroll - File and process 941/940 & TWC reports and payments - File and process sales tax payments - Prepare and process W2s and 1099’s *- *Organize client data and analyze information *Requirements:* - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting (preferred) - Proficient with using ProSieres, QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop (preferred) - Strong Microsoft Office, google docs, email and Internet research experience - Strong Communication Skills (oral & written) - Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time and to adapt favorably to changing priorities - Attention to the detail and enjoys solving problems *Schedule* - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm With Saturdays & Overtime worked when needed *Benefits* - Health insurance for employee paid in full - 401K plan - Paid Vacation & Sick leave Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
